Pro - twice per week
$130 / session
Best for faster results and deeper guidance. You’ll reach your goals quicker. Progressive programming, and ongoing support to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

Training is billed monthly based on your chosen package (once or twice per week). Payment is due at the start of each month to reserve your session times.

No problem! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule or adjust your program for that week.
If you miss a session without notice, you’ll still receive a personalized workout you can do on your own—so you can stay on track even when life happens.

All training sessions are held at CrossFit 7x7 in the Presidio — a beautiful, fully equipped space, walking distance to views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
